2007 Pork Belly Ventures Thank-You Notes

Porkers, we are overwhelmed by your letters. We don't think we've ever received so many, and only a representative group of about sixty is posted here. As we say every year, you make us want to be a better charter.

Dear Tammy and Pete,
Just read your Farewell Letter, which only reminded me (once again), of the wonderful time we had under the expert hands of you and your PBV crew. Ben and I had done Ragbrai once before, as I think you know. Although we very much enjoyed ourselves then, I now realize how much we missed without the unique service and solicitude offered by you and your terrific crew. It's hard enough to accomplish what you managed to do even under the best of circumstances; to do so with the grace and good humor each of you displayed every day is a real achievement. Thanks again!

· Phil of New York

Hi Pete and Tammy,
Just wanted to say that my seventh Ragbrai with you was every bit as great as the previous six. Even though there were more of us this year, you still managed to attend to our every need. I liked having an idea of where we were going to be camped each night, and LOVED having showers so close by! My Pork Belly jersey got several compliments (as it so often does) on a ride for MS this past weekend, and I sing your praises when people ask me what Pork Belly Ventures is. Thanks for a great week!

· Margot of Massachusetts

Tammy and Pete,
Just wanted to thank you again for the great job of taking care of us this year. I still can't believe how you all work so hard in the same heat we endure, yet you are all so gracious and pleasant at all times. I know your tent service added a lot of extra work, but speaking for myself, I found your service decadently elegant. How nice to have your tent set up and ready to occupy and even having your luggage delivered and picked up. Camping will never be the same for me. Tammy and Pete, I don't know what you do for the other 51 weeks of the year, but the two of you should be in the hospitality business. Your ability to remember everyone's name is a remarkable trait. Any first-class hotel would to have you as managers. You make each of us feel special. Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

· Ralph of New Jersey

What an amazing job you did this year on RAGBRAI! My experience with several charters and bike clubs over 12+ years just reinforces this conclusion. You served the needs of a diversity of bikers and groups well through many "value-added" services that went above and beyond. I would recommend Pork Belly Ventures without reservation to any RAGBRAI rider.

· Tom of Illinois

Dear Tammy and Pete,
Thank you for this wonderful farewell letter! It was great to relive the memories of each day through your day-by-day re-cap. I am back to reality and wishing I could wake up each morning and think, this is great, all I have to do is ride my bike today! Meanwhile, while all I had to do was ride and enjoy the day, you guys were working your tails off. I want you to know that it did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I hope that you are relaxing now! Thanks again for everything. I can't wait to see you again year! Hopefully next time I won't kiss the pavement at 20+ mph ;)! Sincerely,

· Anne of Georgia

Tammy and Pete,
You and your staff were incredible. Sagging [due to injury] for a few days I was able to watch the entire operation, and I can honestly say I have never seen a harder working group of people in my professional career, and I have been a part of and witnessed some pretty hardworking groups. Even when they were obviously bone-tired, they continued to be unfailingly helpful and polite, even when answering the same question for the 70th time that day in front of a chalkboard that had the answer to that question.

· Frank of Pennsylvania

Thank you to both you and Tammy for all your patience and all you two do during RAGBRAI. Your crew this year was out of this world! The shower truck was a great addition two or three nights-loved it! The drinks, as usual, hit the spot. We always enjoy all the meals and having MR. PORKCHOP for the last time on RAGBRAI and even in our camp was just a great event! You make our RAGBRAIs special and thank you. We will see you next year on our 20th RAGBRAI. I can't believe we have been doing it that long.

· Coreen and Todd of Arkansas

Dear Tammy and Pete,
Thanks you so much for a simply wonderful time in Iowa. Wow! How fun to be a pig! I admire your work ethic and your ability to remain calm and keep a sense of humor. May God bless. You all are truly the BEST! In the event that the tent service goes fast, PLEASE PUT ME DOWN FOR THE FULL SERVICE- ANYTHING YOU OFFER, I AM TAKING! Loving my Elders CD- keeping seeing Tammy in my mind singing every word! I know them now too! Much love, may God bless, and see you soon!

· Kyle of Texas

Tammy,
Mike and I were first timers at RAGBRAI, and I want you to know that your emails were a tremendous help to us. They helped us prepare and pack items we would need. Thanks for being so informative. As for the trip itself, I am amazed that the efficiency with which you pulled off the logistics. I would not have thought it possible if I didn't see you do it. I am not sure if I am coming back to RAGBRAI next year, but if I do, it certainly will be with Pork Belly.

· Milton of Rhode Island

Tammy and Pete,
I just wanted to say thank you for everything. I couldn't have asked for a better adventure and time spent with my dad. I loved the ride, the people and the service. Your crew did an excellent job keeping us going. The entertainment was great and the activities at camp were perfect. Keep everything same and line up the Elders and the shower thingy for next year. Hoping to add my wife as the latest baptized Porker! I can't wait! Enjoy the year.

· Steve of Arizona (The long curly haired RAGBRAI virgin-no-more.)

Tammy,
I wanted to send a note to say "Thank You" to you, Pete and the rest of the Pork Belly team. As the result of the tireless efforts by the all staff members, my son (Drake) and I had a fantastic time on our first RAGBRAI. What I remember the most was that our questions were
always greeted with a smile and a helpful answer. P.S. Not to be funny, but I can send you a deposit to lock in a spot for RAGBRAI 2008?

· Cal of Nebraska

What a great job by such a great team! RAGBRAI started for me last year as a once in a lifetime undertaking that I never would have imagined becoming something I would look forward to year after year. This is exactly what has happened. I'll be riding RAGBRAI for as many years as I can and will certainly look to PBV year in and year out as a charter. The Elders were awesome (I missed them last year), the food was great in Spencer and Hampton, and the spirit and cheerful smiles were priceless. The bus rides were great, the beer was cold, and the tent service was incredible. You guys are the best! See you next year!

· Joe of Texas

I am constantly amazed at the positive response you all make in your service despite increased numbers and unforeseen hurdles. You not only rise to the challenge, you completely surpass and on to the next "surprise." You really did a number on me with The Elders. I play them on my computer every day, and I'm waiting for a CD in the mail. Again I had a great time with you this year, and Dave and I will be back next year for sure along with our Iowa pal Corey. We started making plans on Friday night in Dyersville for 08. Thanks again for all you do!

· Charlie of Arizona

Tammy/Pete,
PBV absolutely made my "virgin" RAGBRAI experience sooo easy (except for the headwinds on Sunday), and I can't imagine doing it without PBV. The tent service was the icing on the cake, as I don't even have a tent. There was not one thing about "the PBV experience" that I didn't enjoy and appreciate! Your staff is an unbelievable group of folks (you already know that), who just can't seem to do enough to make the week more pleasurable for your guests. Thank you for doing what you do. The PBV / RAGBRAI week was the best vacation I've had in 10 years! I hope you've had time to recover by now.

· John of Tennessee

Tammy/Pete,
I wanted to thank y'all for the help in getting the rental bike as a back-up. It wouldn't have been much fun chasing after everyone on foot! Had a fabulous time due to PBV and your wonderful crew. LOVED the tent service!!

· Julie of Texas

Thanks for everything this year at RAGBRAI - you guys did great job and the tents were perfect!

· Tom of Indiana

Pete and Tammy,
Thank you for a wonderful first time RAGBRAI experience. The pictures speak louder than any words I could write here. You are first class all the way. Keep up the good work! Pete, thank you for lending your Burley. It made a great napping wagon. Do they make them adult size? Please enjoy these photos and feel free to use any on the PBV website.

· Mendy, Rod, Jaxon and Jarod of Florida

Hey, you guys! The Farewell Letter was right up there with the entire Pork Belly experience - fabulous! Fran and I had a wonderful time, and are in awe of how hard you all worked, and what a wonderful job you did. It would be presumptuous to make suggestions, being a one-ride wonder, and I can think of no improvements your service could make. Even the warnings about only Bud and Bud Light weren't born out! My personal goal for next time is to rig up a sound system to play opera, string quartets, and Beethoven's 9th, which is actually really great riding music! Enjoy some well-earned time off. Before you start working on next year.

· Bill and Fran of California

Pete & Tammy,
I absolutely LOVE your farewell letters! Reading them is bittersweet: memories come flooding back that make my stomach hurt laughing at them alone in front of my computer, and, sadness that I now must wait until January to read the 2008 invitation. Ok, I'll bring the needle and thread for Will's pants; however, I believe there are several ladies who will want me to lose them! Will was a great addition to your crew. How kind of you to mention my accident in your letter. Amazing that you are so on top of what happens with every Porker. The "Don't-Waste-My-Time-Blood Marys" are catching on here, but will never taste the same as yours. It was great having the Hawaiians back! Lori and I have been staying in the saddle here in Illinois reminiscing over and over again about our week in the corn. Until next year, I remain, a Porker!

· Janet of Illinois

Your operation was very well organized. The tent rental is a bargain, and you may wish to determine if you need to raise the rental a few $$. This is super labor-intensive. I am a world-class cheapskate, but I plan on renting a tent next year. Sunday dinner was the best meal in the last few years, and the caterer you chose was excellent. The Elders were suburb and their music gave everyone a lift. Hope you can book them again. I hope Mr Pork Chop is available next year. It is great to have dinner "in" along with the entertainment. As long as your sister Lori is willing to wash clothes, don't drop this service. Doug, Dan and crew are great both in personality and work ethics. The first Saturday, I believe Doug and gang put in excess of 12 hours straight. The maps prior to RAGBRAI were most welcome also. Continued success in 2008,

· George of California

Hi Tammy,
Hope all is well with you and yours, tell Mike and Pete and the others hello for us. They all did a BANG-UP job this year (as they have in the past). God Bless you all...

· Fern of California

Tammy,
What a great trip it was, you guys are awesome and I have raved about PBV to all that have asked. I had another wonderful time, and hope to do RAGBRAI every year as long as I am able. Count me in for next year and let me know when to send money to lock in a spot. I believe you guys work harder than the riders. 355 days till we meet again. Que le vaya bien, amiga.

· Dave of Arizona

Tammy and Pete and crew,
Thank you so much for another fantastic, fun indescribable Ragbrai. It's those extras that you provide that make you guys the very best. It starts with your friendship and concern for us. You go out of your way to provide us with an unforgettable experience. I'll never forget Mr. Pork Chop (Mr. Paul Bernhardt) not just for his great chops, but because he is a great man. The Elders, What can I Say? Jan and I are groupies. We are about to see them again in Milwaukee. I think Ian is getting tired of seeing us. My kids are getting concerned about me. They think I'm going to quit dentistry and am going to follow the Elders around the country. What a gem these guys are. The fantastic food that you provided us with. What a treat! The Bloody Marys! The Best! Coming home and seeing the red and white tents after a long, hard ride and enjoying good people who went through the same experiences that we did - absolutely priceless. Seeing the smiling faces of Martina, Lori, Tammy and the rest of the crew, ready to cater to all our needs—also priceless. The new crew members you got this year - Fantastic. Some of those young guys you got were so strong, I thought I was going to get thrown into the truck along with our bags! What I'm trying to say is you guys are great, and we really appreciate what you do for us. I'm really hoping we can join you again in 2008.

· Mike and Jan of Illinois

Dear Pete and Tammy,
We wanted to thank you for the wonderful support that all of the Pork Belly members provided during RAGBRAI this year. We couldn't have asked for better or friendlier service. You provided services that we hadn't even thought of before we started the ride! Our entire family, from age 7 to 50, had a great time with the Porkers and I'm sure that Garrett will never forget running the blender. So thanks again and we'll be sure to recommend your charter to any of our friends who may go on RAGBRAI. P.S. We're going to miss receiving the newsletters that were always full of information and tips as well as entertaining.

· Wayne, Diane, Garrett and Aaron of Iowa

Thanks for the ride, Tammy. You did a wonderful job. RAGBRAI was an interesting event. I even got a decent Mexican food meal in a restaurant in Independence (who would have believed that?). Rural Iowa seems to be a bit of a throwback to earlier American values but that is part of the charm. I'm thinking this could be good for next year if I can clear my schedule. I'll come back with half the gear I dragged along this time - you were right in suggesting that simplicity is the key to an enjoyable RAGBRAI.

· Phil of Texas

Tammy,
Thank you so much for making our first Ragbrai completely enjoyable! It was camp for grownups and we enjoyed every minute. Everyone involved in your group is truly lovely. It was the best time! Thank you again,

· Becky and Ed of Connecticut

Hey Tammy!
Thanks so much for helping us out with the bikes! You guys did such an awesome job during the whole week! I hope you continue to grow and enjoy the success you deserve in this business. Talk with you soon!

· Kevin of Hawaii

Hi Tammy and Pete,
I just wanted to let you know what an amazing experience it was to do Ragbrai and to have you as handlers. It was truly an awesome experience for all of us. We have lots of stories to tell and can't stop talking about our experience. The organization was unbelievable and we were all impressed. Thanks for helping to make our vacation so awesome! We were so happy to meet you both and what an amazing family you have. Thanks again,

· Judy of California

Pete,
We really missed not going the whole week. It's already on my 2008 vacation list. Our two days were a dream. Thanks for all your help.

· Russell and Cynthia of Iowa

Hi Tammy!
I wanted to give you some time before I sent an email so you could "recover" from the big week. You guys are so great! Once again you put together a fabulous week for everyone and when I look at everything you do, I wonder how you all get it done! Thank you for allowing me to be included in your charter. You are such a first-class organization. Thanks again for a lovely week!

· Nancy of Kentucky

Tammy, Pete, and all the gang,
What a great time!! Thanks for your top-notch charter and attention to every detail. You all did a "Porkabulous" job on RAGBRAI XXXV. [The last bus ride] was a great finale for talking and eating my way across the state of Iowa. So far as sleep? I can sleep anytime, anywhere. Rest assured, I'll be back. I'm looking at RAGBRAI as an every other year "carnival on spokes" right now, but who knows. I may get the urge come January. I've passed PBV onto a couple people who want to ride in 2008. Enjoy your vacation. Stay cool!

· Bobbo of Washington

Dear Tammy,
Harry and I made a speedy departure at the end of RAGBRAI, so we didn’t get to say thank you. Once again, you made this trip a possibility for us. While I know we could do it on our own, it is so much easier, and hence more enjoyable, to have PBV handle the logistics. You are so good at it! It makes a seamless trip for us and we appreciate all that you do. Thank you for everything.

· Terry and Harry of Oregon

PBV Staff: I had a great time on my first RAGBRAI. My only regret is that I waited until I was sixty-five and a half years old to make it! I also want to thank my wife, Kathy, for letting me
spend our 39th wedding anniversary away from her "cycling on the road" in Iowa.

· Bill of Kentucky

Peter, Tammy, and the entire PBV crew:
I wanted to extend my sincere thanks for the week in Iowa and the support for Ragbrai. Living like a pig could not have been any better. We met a lot of great people and will hopefully be returning for many years to come. The hospitality you have shown us and the many Porkers is second to none. I cannot think of any other superlatives for you and your crew. You have cornered the market on good people, and it is no wonder that EVERYONE knows about Pork Belly Ventures across the country. Good news travels fast. I will forward you the many pictures we took during the week after I can post them. Please let me know if you want any of the originals. No problem at all. Thanks for doing everything, so that us porkers could have something.

· Mike of Arizona

What a fantastic week! I can't remember the last time I had soooo much fun. You and your crew were awesome! I'd do it again and I hope to do it again soon! I really surprised myself my "making it" through a week in a tent! I'm proud of myself. Again, I can't tell you how much fun RAGBRAI was. I have been raving since I got home. Thanks again and hope you've had a chance to rest and relax.

· Juli of California

Dear Tammy and Pete,
Just a quick word to let you know you guys keep outdoing yourselves year after year. Matt, Dhuval and I had another wonderful Ragbrai, and Pork Belly gets credit for a large portion of it. Thanks again.

· Greg of New Jersey

Hey, thanks for a life-changing experience! This was my first time and despite all the marathons that I have done in the past, this was definitely a challenge for me! I never struggled, swore, or complained so much in my life. It was like boot camp for me and now I miss it! Go figure. All in all a job well done! Going to Japan next summer, but hope to see you again in 2009! Thanks,

· Brent of Illinois

Hi Tammy,
I just wanted to thank you and everyone from PBV for the wonderful time I had this RAGBRAI. Your efforts are indeed amazing and truly appreciated. Also, I would like to thank you for all your missives; they are carefully crafted, personal, and informative. Once again, thank you for a job well done.

· John of Connecticut

Dear Pete and Tammicita,
Thank you for another wonderful RAGBRAI. All of Team BRAG commented on the professionalism and personal attention of the PBV crew. An awful lot of riders think you are the best. I wouldn't do RAGBRAI any other way. Thanks again for everything. I honestly don't know how you do it and keep your cool throughout the whole week.

· Jerry of Georgia

Dear Tammy,
Wow! That was an amazing experience. Wanda and I thoroughly enjoyed the week. We were impressed with the way you and the PBV crew took care of us along with all the other needy Porkers. Hope you get all your loose ends tied up soon and get some well-deserved rest!

· Larry and Wanda of Nebraska

A couple of weeks ago, Linda, Wilson and I had a most wonderful vacation. For seven days, we cycled 477 miles across Iowa, lived in a tent, stood in lines for meals, used port-a-potties (called Kybos in Iowa), took some cold showers, and took lots of ibuprofen. We enjoyed every mile. This was Wilson's first RAGBRAI, and he never complained. In fact, he was officially the youngest registered rider (of more than 10,000). As in previous years, we chartered with Pork Belly Ventures. I simply can't say enough kind words about the crew. Each day was perfect-- they had coffee, beverages, tents, cook outs, and a wonderful band. They work miracles behind the scenes.

· (forwarded by) Bob of Kentucky

Many thanks for the services provided by Pork Belly. The Lawrence, Kansas group had a fantastic time on our first RAGBRAI. It went by so fast it seems like a dream. Hope you will keep us on your mailing list for next year. I think we would have been completely lost if we would have tried to do it on our own. Thanks again,

· Cal of Kansas

Dear Pete and Tammy,
You should know that everyone on the bus back to Omaha had nothing but good things to say about you and all the PBV crew who worked so hard to make our week so good. And honestly, we don't know how you do it! Logistically it must be a nightmare having to think and plan for two million contingencies along the way. The campsites were great by the way and everyone could see how having a bigger PBV has its advantages. Thank you so much for a fantastic week!

· Bruce of Connecticut

Tammy and Pete, and the gang!
Once again, thanks. Another truly enjoyable experience. Especially the storm. I guess that was only because my tent didn't fill up this year. You all worked your magic and made this a memorable time for all. If things work out, I am looking forward to joining you next year.

· Bryant of Arizona

Just wanted to say thanks to you and the crew for another great year. I do not think that all of the Porkers really understand what you guys go through to make it work so well. You sometimes ask how you can improve things each year. Truth be told, I cannot think of a thing. So until next year take care.

· Tim of Colorado

Hi Tammy and Pete,
Just wanted to thank you both for the TERRIFIC time we had with the Pork Belly Charter last week. The tent service was wonderful. We had a great time on RAGBRAI and your charter was a BIG part of that! Take care,

· Mary of South Dakota

I just wanted to give a big thank you to you all. This year was my first RAGBRAI and there is no doubt that I will be back. I know that y'all working hard behind the scenes but it came across as seamless. Great job everyone!!!

· Rodger of Texas

Dear Tammy,
The bike's hung up and the camping gear has been put away. I wanted to issue and final thanks to you and your entire crew for a truly great time last week. You guys are the best. I wish you all continued success and hope that all of you problems are little ones. Sincerely,

· Tim of Pennsylvania

Thanks so much for a week that exceeded my expectations - a rare experience in life. It was so fun. Yours,

· Julia of Indiana

Tammy and Pete,
I want to thank you and the PBV crew for a job well done. Based on conversations and emails our group had a great time. I know I did. I already have a number of folks planning to be back next year. I expect to be requesting a number of PBV spots. Cheers,

· Critz of Texas

Thanks to you, Pete and the crew for your efforts this week. Everything that involved PBV was well thought out and executed from my perspective, although this is really nothing new. I know that Mark had a great first ride and was really impressed with PBV. I think it took him about an hour to understand why Tom and I have been using PBV all these years. Thanks again for all of your good work before, during and, I presume, after the week. From my end of things it's much appreciated and has become a necessary part of the ride every year.

· Steve of New Jersey

Hi Tammy!
I wanted to just drop you a line and say thanks again for the great support you guys provided us for RAGBRAI. Simply having hard-working staff and great organization really made this a pleasurable vacation! Finding out about your charter by word of mouth was the best part of my trip planning. Next time, I'll be sure to look for you again. Warm regards,

· Adam of Texas

You guys are awesome!! Thanks for a very memorable week. Your crew worked very hard and I cannot think of anything on how to improve on your service. Cannot wait for next year!!

· Bill of Kansas

Tammy and Pete,
Had a great time. You and your staff did a great job. I have been on many Ragbrais and know the logistics problems. Your company provided a lot of extras.

· Don and Jackie of Pennsylvania

Greetings Friends! Thank you, once again, for yet another fine week of hospitality and friendship. I am so sorry to have missed a "good-bye" moment with each of you in Bellevue, but the crazed end-of-ride pack up overwhelmed my brain. In spite of my lack of prep, the week was a good one for me in many ways. Dyersville was the town in which I first learned about Ragbrai in 1989, so last-nighting there was sort of a closed loop. Your organization was great! The campsites were superb this year, my favorite being Dyersville, perhaps the best ever on Ragbrai, followed by Hampton. And, of course, the crew was always in good spirits and helpful. By the by, as I promised myself, I unpacked my bike when I got home Monday night and put it together last night. So, I am 355 days ahead of last year and previous years! Now I MUST get on it and keep in shape, having achieved a reasonable in-shape status by last Wednesday afternoon.

· Jeff of California

Hi Tammy & Pete.
Another AWESOME week with PBV!! I don't know how you pull such a smooth week off year after year but it says a lot about the team you put together to help you out. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, it was great returning to the camp each night to such wonderful smiles. Thanks again to you & your team!!!

· Tamara of California (and Iowa)

I just wanted to say thank you for having Fed Ex available at the school for shipping our bikes back home. Jack and I received our bikes today. Have a great rest and recovery time.

· Mary of Texas

Thanks again for a great ride. Your whole crew had such a great attitude. Kudos! Thanks,

· Ridge of California

As usual, congrats on a job well (actually, much more than well) done. Here are some thoughts on "The Monday After RAGBRAI":

1. You don't have to stand on line to get into the bathroom.
2. Water doesn't cost a dollar.
3. You know where the shower is without asking Martina.
4. You don't have to on stand in line to get beer.
5. You don't have to fold up your bed in the morning.
6. You can ride your bike, but you don't have to.
7. The shower has hot water.
8. You don't have to say "On your left" when walking past someone.
9. You can brush your teeth over the sink.
10. You don't feel obligated to tell people "where you're from."

But:

1. You have to go to work
2. You have to wear real clothes.
3. You don't see nearly as many friends each day.
4. No pork chops.
5. No root beer floats.
6. No Tender Tom's Turkey Legs.
7. No Chris Cakes/ Dad's Pancakes / Belgian Waffles.
8. Your tan's beginning to fade.
9. You see pretty much only one town per day.
10. You already miss Tammy, Pete, Lori, Martina, Stacey, Dave, Dan, Doug, Rex, Mick and the rest of the gang.

· Frank of New York

This was the first year for my son and I to travel with PBV. I knew from the e-mails prior to the trip that it would be a pleasure to work with both of you; and we were right. Your attention to detail was insane. We loved the experience and we are looking forward to next year. So far, we have recruited two individuals to experience the PBV adventure; and we are looking for more. Please extend our thank-you to your crew. They did an incredible job and "made" RAGBRAI a great experience.

· Brian and Nate of Nebraska

Tammy,
Thank you very much for passing the note from Anne along. Thanks also for all of your wonderful support during RAGBRAI. We really appreciated all of your hard work and coordination, so the only thing we had to worry about was riding our bikes every day. Thanks for making experience both enjoyable and memorable. I hope you have found some time to relax! Thanks again,

· Amy of Texas

Dear Pete and Tammy,
As a total experience we really enjoyed Ragbrai. You guys were terrific and very professional in all aspects of your operation. Your professionalism and caring are very obvious. You have a huge responsibility in managing all those people and you patently take it very seriously. I commend you for that. Tammy we got to know you and enjoyed that. Your memory is prodigious. The staff were very helpful. Thank you for all your attention to make the adventure safe and so enjoyable. Perhaps next year, but maybe these bodies are getting a little old for all that sensory input. Take care and thanks again.

· Desmond of California

Pete,
We had a great time this year. My daughter’s boyfriend got to ride with Lance one day and even talked to him at bit about running the NY Marathon. Thanks for doing such a great job helping everyone else enjoy RAGBRAI. You guys are the best. See you next year,

· Roger of Nebraska

Tammy / Pete,
I wanted to compliment you and the whole gang at PBV on doing a fantastic job during RAGBRAI '07. What a huge undertaking. For Paige, Jennifer, and myself we (as first time RAGBRAIers and PBVers) were very pleased with the effort that was shown by PBV to make our trip comfortable and most memorable. We hope to join PBV again on future rides.

· Doug of Texas

Tammy and Pete,
I was a virgin RAGBRAI rider and PBV made it an awesome experience. It's absolutely unbelievable what you and your crew are able to pull off, day in and day out. You've done a wonderful job and I look forward to traveling with you all next year. I certainly hope you've enjoyed some time to relax after the week of RAGBRAI.

· Ryan of Nebraska

Tammy and Pete,
Thanks for the best time that I have ever had (don't tell the wife), I am already looking forward to next year. That was truly the most stress-free vacation that I believe that I have ever taken, your entire group was truly the best and couldn't ask for more. You have a top-notch staff and I must say that the 'management' is pretty damn good too. Next year, I can tell you that I am absolutely going with no questions asked. By the way, Kenny is going next year. He told me last week that he was back in the game. I knew that he couldn't stay away. Anyways, thanks again to everyone for everything. You truly are the best!!!

· John of Kentucky
